Colin Guthrie of the GES organised a meeting between the Chief Executive of North Lincolnshire and OSI.
The Chief Executive commented that this relationship between North Lincolnshire Council, and the region's business's is fundemental to Scunthorpe and North Lincolnshire Regenerations.
Following the visit Marcus Walker, North Lincs Business Manager commented as follows:
"Thanks a lot for the presentation and tour. The Chief Executive has also asked me to thank you. We were both incredibly impressed by the operation and hope the expansion goes well. It is incredibly encouraging to see investment on this scale happening in the town. We were both extremely impressed with the tour given and the staff are a credit toOSI and I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks for the professionalism and level of information given with the tour. Both the Leader and myself are keen to get round our regional businesses as part of the council's role in driving the economic agenda forward in the area."
