OSI Europe

Colin has been working in Europe for OSI throughout 2011. www.osigroup.com.

Working closely with the European Managing Director and European HR Director of OSI, Colin developed a number of Strategic Workshops designed to ensure OSI European Management Teams understood and implemented the OSI Business and Values Strategy.

This work has proved to be a great success and has garnered excellent reports from all participants and the OSI European Leadership Team.

Following very successful workshops and plant visits, where Colin has advised on strategic team planning, Colin was asked to go to Kiev to work with OSI, Ukraine in November.

This was a valuable visit. Colin met the Ukrainian OSI staff in Kiev and then was driven to Kazatin to see the OSI Operation.

Silvia is leading the Austrian OSI Values Steering Group - part of the European OSI Vision, Mission, Strategies and Values workshops that Colin is facilitating.

Silvia met Colin at the Kingsway Centre with Gary Drane, OSI UK General Manager in November 2011.

Colin and Gary Drane visited Silvia in Austria, January 2012  where they reviewed the  strategic implementation plan for the Mission, Values and Strategic Objectives for OSI, Austria.
